Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite | Friday remote)

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced
Java / Actimize Developers
with a strong background in
NICE Actimize (Act One)
to support and enhance financial crime and case management systems. This is a
COTS-based role
with a mix of production support, configuration, and development.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
production support
for Actimize-based applications (BAU activities)
Configure and enhance systems using
Act One Designer / Visual Modeler
Develop and customize features using
Java
Perform
data analysis and troubleshooting
using SQL (Oracle)
Work within
AWS cloud infrastructure
Automate processes using
Python / PowerShell scripting
Monitor system processes, controls, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a financial crime domain
Required Skills (Must-Have)
NICE Actimize Suite
(Strong experience with
Act One - Risk Case Manager )
6+ years of Actimize experience
(preferred)
Strong
Java development
experience (customizations & enhancements)
Experience with
SQL (Oracle)
for troubleshooting & reporting
Hands-on experience with
AWS Cloud
Scripting knowledge:
Python / PowerShell
Preferred / Standout Skills
Experience with
STAR Module (NICE Actimize)
Hands-on with
Act One Designer / Visual Modeler
Familiarity with
Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines
Experience working in
Linux & Windows environments
Background in
Financial Crime / AML domain (FinCEN reporting)
Additional Notes

Act One expertise is mandatory
Candidates transitioning from
Java to Actimize (2-3 years)
are acceptable if highly proficient
