R-101752**Job Description:****Primary Job Function:** To oversee and supervise the company's installation operations. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer needs regarding installation-related service callbacks. The supervisor is also accountable for coaching both lead and apprentice installation technicians and assessing the team's training requirements.Daily Duties:● Procure all equipment and materials for installation projects and assign daily jobs/tasks to the installation teams.● Provide on-site supervision and participation in installation projects with the installation team.● Resolve all installation call-backs and warranty service issues.● Conduct weekly one-on-one performance check-ins with installation technicians.● Support facility sales initiatives as needed.● Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.● Read HVAC wiring diagrams and interact with manufacturer tech-support.● Design and build ductwork for optimal airflow and efficiency.● Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed. Charge accordingly.● Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance.● Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.● Follow all procedures using our best-in-class Field Service Management software.● Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.● Communicate next-steps clearly to customers and office support staff for Follow-Ups.● Convert Opportunities and meet KPIs for industry.● Drive company vans to job sites while ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment.● Deliver a consistent 5 star experience!Technician Duties:● Respond to technical inquiries and provide guidance to all installation technicians in the field as available.● Conduct training sessions and propose topics for future training.Reporting Structure: The Field Install Supervisor reports directly to the company's Service & Install Manager.Field Install Supervisor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):1. Maintain a high level of team performance and morale.a. Build custom growth plans for each installer and track progress.2. Ensure the profitability of the installation business unit.a. Use install revenue per hour and gross profit metrics to ensure performance.3. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.a.
