Role Overview
The warehouse associate will be involved in the daily operation of the warehouse; order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control and operation of warehouse equipment and computer systems. The associate must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. If you don’t meet every single requirement, that’s okay – we still want to hear from you! Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
1st Shift: 6:30 am–3:30 pm Monday–Friday. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required during peak season.
Location: 2801 Technology Place
$16.25 per hour
How You Will Make an Impact
Employees should be able to adhere to Fanatics Code of Conduct and Core Values.
Manually unload stock from sea containers and trucks.
Stock location and put away.
Use computer to access the Warehouse Management System.
Operate warehouse equipment including push cart, hand truck, manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and order picker.
Operate RF scan gun.
Pick customer orders.
Verify and pack customer orders.
Participate in inventory control processes.
Generate shipping labels from warehouse systems or carrier database.
Prepare palletized stock for outbound shipping (stacking boxes on pallets, shrink‑wrapping, labeling).
Involved in general health and safety practices and training.
Perform general housekeeping.
Execute any other tasks deemed necessary by management.
Assist warehouse manager in daily operations in line with company policy and vision.
Train, mentor, and coach new warehouse personnel in procedures and company vision.
Assist in planning future capacity requirements.
Ensure inventories are accurate.
Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
Promote company health and safety policies.

Where You’ll Work and What’s Required
Work Environment: This position works in an environment in which safety, environmental, and health concerns may demand constant attention. The employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse setting and occasional extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary, but it is below the required limits for hearing protection.
Physical Demands: The employee must regularly talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Must be on feet 8–10 hours per day/shift. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel: No travel is required.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year warehouse experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Forklift certification.
