115176**Your Opportunity at the Coordinator, Facilities**Support the operation and maintenance of our Orrville Corporate campus. As a member of the Orrville-based Corporate Facilities, have the opportunity to flow to the work and address operation and maintenance needs with a dynamic and collaborative team structure.**Location:** Orrville, OH**Work Arrangements:** Onsite 100%**In this role you will:*** Office and workstation moves and repairs* Provide coordination for maintenance requests* Support for special events & meetings* Set up tables, chairs, stages, podiums* Box truck (parcel and light freight) delivery across campus* Support Groundskeeping and Mailroom functions as needed**What we are looking for:**Minimum requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent* Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines* Valid Ohio Driver’s License* Strong Capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications* Experience coordinating with third party contractors* Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration in a team environment* Strong attention to detail* Ability to lift 70 pounds* Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly and meet deadlines* Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution**The Right Place for You**We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
