INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION , a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of BranchManager-Fertilizer Production at the
IFA Fertilizer
blending and bagging Plant in
Payson, Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing the staffing and operations of a blending and bagging plant. Including production, packaging, ratio calculations, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
Establish short and long-term strategic operating objectives that drive operational efficiency.
Develop operating budgets, capital plans, and cash flow budgets that support company initiatives.
Ensure company safety programs are established and goals are met.
Assist Sales and Marketing in new product development and promotional strategies.
Track and improve key performance areas such as safety, quality, financial, and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing a production facility with familiarity with IFA's production processes.
2–3-year experience in Inventory management.
Experience with Microsoft Office, and SAP preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for leading people.
Personal drive and focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, operate forklift, front-end loader, move van trailers into and out of docks for loading and unloading.
