Lotus Notes Developer

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing Lotus Notes databases, forms, views, agents, and workflows
Support migration of approximately

1,400 Lotus Notes databases

to SharePoint
Extract and transform Lotus Notes data for migration to SharePoint lists, libraries, or applications
Identify application logic and workflows that must be rebuilt or modernized in SharePoint
Develop scripts and utilities to automate data extraction and migration processes
Work with SharePoint architects to map legacy functionality to modern SharePoint capabilities
Recreate or support recreation of forms, workflows, and document repositories in SharePoint
Ensure data integrity and validation during migration
Assist with testing and validation of migrated applications
Document legacy architecture and migration processes
Provide troubleshooting and support for Lotus Notes environments during migration
Required Qualifications

5+ years experience with Lotus Notes / Domino development or administration
Strong experience with:

LotusScript
Notes forms and views
Domino Designer
Agents and workflows

Experience analyzing and documenting legacy Lotus Notes applications
Experience extracting data from Lotus Notes databases
Experience supporting large-scale application or data migrations
Understanding of enterprise collaboration platforms and document management systems
