In this role, you’ll be a key part of the client journey—ensuring cases move smoothly, supporting advisors behind the scenes, and helping clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Manage life insurance, long-term care, and annuity applications from submission through policy issue
Coordinate underwriting and proactively follow up with carriers to keep cases on track
Track application status and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
Support advisors by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing client materials
Create polished presentations and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients via phone and email
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with industry regulations
What You Bring
Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or financial services administration
Strong communication skills—you’re professional, clear, and client-focused
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Life & Health Insurance license (a bonus)
