Summary:
The AI Developer III designs, develops, and deploys scalable AI and machine?learning solutions to support enterprise systems and business workflows. This role focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing AI/ML models and automation solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring across development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions, including predictive models and generative AI use cases.
• Architect, integrate, test, tune, and monitor AI?enabled solutions across existing systems.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilot AI implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and requirements teams to identify and deliver high?impact AI use cases.
• Mentor team members on effective AI utilization and best practices.
• Develop guidance, documentation, and training materials for AI solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and review of team deliverables.
• Support high?visibility or mission?critical initiatives independently or as a technical lead.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms.
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, model training, and evaluation.
• Hands?on experience with big data tools, automation, and AI integration.
• Familiarity with generative AI, natural language processing, analytics, and predictive modeling.
• Experience designing automated solutions and integrating them with existing systems.
• Strong problem?solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Education/Experience:
• 8-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Degree in a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
