
HR Data Coordinator/Assistant

Job Description:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
The HR Assistant provides daily administrative, payroll, and employee-support services to ensure smooth HR operations at the Kilbourn site. This role is the first point of contact for employee questions, supports key HR processes, and contributes to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding activities and recruitment coordination.
Support HR initiatives and engagement activities; co-lead the Engagement Committee and site event.
Maintain employee files, prepare HR correspondence, process mail, and manage I-9s.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-up general employee questions.
Perform daily attendance tracking. Support Payroll activities as needed.
Payroll verification of system transactions for data accuracy (pay, job titles, etc)
Complete FMLA and HR reporting as well as attendance.
Office management, coordination, planning and set-up for site visits.
Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations.
