What You'll Do:
Lead design and delivery of enterprise voice solutions (SIP, SBC, cloud voice)
Drive large-scale migration from on-prem telephony to cloud platforms
Support integrations with collaboration and contact center technologies
Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless deployments
Core Skills:
Telephony trunking, carrier integrations, porting
Proficient programming in Oracle communications devices
Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice & cloud voice platforms
Genesys Cloud + SBC/session routing experience
Strong IP networking knowledge for voice
What You Bring:
10+ years of enterprise voice engineering experience in complex environments
Proven track record delivering large-scale voice or UC migrations
Ability to own projects end-to-end strategy through execution
Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both engineers and leadership
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-moving environments
