PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, and image management.
Application packaging and mobile device management (MDM).
Familiarity with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Messaging and Collaboration Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, and Webex.
Level 3 expertise in messaging and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of experience management and desktop engineering practices.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
Proficient in MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Intune.
Experience in migrating devices between platforms (e.g., Workspace ONE to Intune).
