Job Requirements:
Install, configure, and maintain servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS.
Perform system administration duties including OS patching, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OS-related issues.
Strong experience building Ansible playbooks and automating system administration tasks.
Top Skills:
Experience with all facets of RedHat Linux RHEL7-RHEL9 OS administration.
Proven experience in automating system administration tasks using Ansible playbooks using best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems helpful but not required.
Working knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as 2 years' experience in server/storage technology
RHEL Operating System administration
Ansible Automation Platform or Ansible Tower
General knowledge, skills, and abilities:
General knowledge of VMware.
General knowledge of NAS/SAN storage concepts.
General knowledge of NetApp Ontap.
General TCP/IP network knowledge.
General IT Linux security knowledge.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Installation of server OS, apply OS patches, server applications
Script development - languages such as Ansible (yuml), Bash, Python, and PowerShell
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics
Work with peer IT support and application teams to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating Systems software and Applications:
RHEL storage configuration, including SAN and NAS technology
VMWare (bonus)
Additional Responsibilities:
24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis
Trouble ticket resolution - work with clients to diagnose and fix issues.
Adhere to Risk Management, NERC, and Sarbanes Oxley regulations
Adhere to department standards, policies, and procedures
Work environment office and datacenter computer rooms
The ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work from a step ladder at heights up to 96".
