We have a Pharma/BioTech/ company looking for a UI Engineer

Must be onsite in MA 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thursday)

Must have Clinical, Life Science, Biotech, or Pharma Industry experience. Working with Clinical/Scientist
Must have Angular, React, and Vue.js.
Need a Portfolio with submittal
Biology/Life Sciences/Pharma experience would be a plus

Also a plus to have previous experience working with scientists/researchers

Previous experience working with distributed teams
Entirely front-end development
Looking for Angular/React/Vue.js

Heavy preference for strong Vue.js

HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript

What you will do

Translate Designs to Code:

Meticulously implement user interface designs using modern front-end framework and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React and Angular).
Scientific Visualization:

Work closely with data scientists to create interactive visualizations that illuminate complex omics data sets.
Responsiveness and Performance:

Ensure UIs are responsive across various devices and browsers, prioritizing performance and scalability for smooth user experience.
Accessibility and Usability:

Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring interfaces are accessible for scientists with diverse backgrounds and technical abilities.
Collaborate Effectively:

Partner with UX designers, backend developers, product owner, and data scientists to translate scientific workflows into an intuitive and cohesive platform experience in a globally distributed team setting.
Build Reusable Components:

Develop and maintain a library of user interface components to promote consistency and development efficiency.
Test and Optimize:

Thoroughly test UIs for functionality, performance, and cross-compatibility. Optimize code for speed and user experience.
Embrace Agile:

Participate actively in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
What you will need

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of solid experience building complex web applications.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS or similar preprocessors), and JavaScript Experience with building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Proven mastery of React, Angular and Vue.js for building complex web applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and remote settings
Highly Desired:

Portfolio showcasing exceptional UI development work.
Experience with Vue.js-specific libraries and tools (Vuex, Vue Router, Nuxt.js)
Familiarity with biological data formats and research workflows.
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and design principles.
Experience with UI testing frameworks and version control
