Required / Desired Skills
3+ years in cloud solutions design and maintenance, focusing on Azure IaaS, PaaS - Required.
3+ years in IT administration/engineering managing Windows and Linux servers - Required.
Expertise in technical architecture and application migration to Azure - Required.
Knowledge of Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM Templates, Azure Networking, and Site-to-Site VPN - Required.
Intermediate knowledge of Azure DevOps, Security Center, and Identity Management - Required.
Experience with cloud monitoring, DevOps practices, and security policies - Required.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation - Required.
Scripting in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar - Required.
Experience with MS SQL - Required.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science - Required.

Position Overview / Responsibilities
Architect, design, deploy, and manage Azure Gov IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services and solutions.
Implement and maintain Azure Gov Cloud tenant, including migrating workloads from on-premises (VMware) to the cloud.
Ensure alignment of project designs with architectural vision.
Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of infrastructure and cloud data center solutions.
Design and support hybrid cloud solutions.
Communicate and implement architectural vision across teams.
Provide technical leadership on complex projects.
Develop and manage a cloud strategy, including cost management.
Implement tagging strategies for cost rebilling, reporting, and compliance.
Proficient in core Microsoft technologies and services.
Design, build, upgrade, and decommission various Windows and Linux systems, features, and services including but not limited to:
Active Directory (Azure AD)
Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disks)
App Services
BCDR (Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Recovery Vaults)
Networking (vNets, Subnets, Express Route)
Virtual Machines
Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve issues.
Create supporting documentation for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of RESTful API, Web Services, XML, JSON.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
The equivalent combination of education and successful work experience (10 years) and
Microsoft Azure Certification in specialized areas is required.
Experience:
3+ years in designing and maintaining public/Gov cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS. (Gov Preferred)
Knowledge of IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, load balancing, DNS, and other networking concepts.
Experience with applications migration from on-premises (VMware) to Azure (Gov preferred).
3+ years in IT administration/engineering managing Windows and Linux servers and services.
Expertise in Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM Templates, Azure Networking, and Site-to-Site VPN.
