6+ years of experience in q/KDB+ development with strong skills in Python, Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL, CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, uDeploy), Agile, DevOps, and exposure to AWS, Java, Kafka, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
6+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with
q/KDB+
programming
Proficiency in Python, Shell/Perl scripting, Unix/Linux
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle
Solid understanding of application deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools
Git/Bitbucket Server (Stash), Jenkins, uDeploy
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Familiarity with artifact repositories (e.g., Artifactory) and API management tools (e.g., Apigee)
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Cloud experience (AWS: S3, EC2, CloudFormation, Lambda with Python)
Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka
Front-end frameworks: Angular or React
