As a
Network Group Specialist
you will manage complex account pricing and ensuring seamless order fulfillment for our partners. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver to provide vital support to our network programs and sales team.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
You will:
Maintain network program order guides and ERP (S2K) program pricing
Manage newly assigned accounts and locations
Assist sales consultants with contracted sales pricing & communicate regularly
Maintain minimum order fees and fuel surcharge fees
Optimize fill rates by providing substitutes for out-of-stock or discontinued items
Update and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies
You have:
3+ years of customer service experience, ideally 2+ years specific to large corporate accounts
Experience with S2K is a plus; Training will be provided on our ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
