Basic Qualifications
• Modern WordPress Dev: Deep PHP skills with custom themes/plugins (Gutenberg, React, jQuery, NodeJS), REST API use, and NPM/Composer/Packagist for dependency management
• Containerized Environments: Docker for local dev and deployment; GitLab CI/CD for automated testing and releases
• AWS Infrastructure: Proficiency with EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and secure cloud architecture
• Solution Architecture & SDLC: Designing scalable, secure systems with full lifecycle ownership-requirements through deployment-using agile methods
• Agile Collaboration: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documentation using Jira, Confluence, Teams, and ServiceNow to support cross-functional teams
Note: Local build automation tools are all set up to work on MacOS and engineers will need to be comfortable with that platform.

Ideal candidates for consideration would be a technical savvy person with a developer or architect background with WordPress experience (5+ years' hands on experience)
Interview process: 3 rounds

* 1 hour to go more in depth of their skills and to do some sort of whiteboard challenge to better understand their thought process .

EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs structural design analysis of buildings and materials. Provides reports detailing investigations and assessment of structural design and possible damage. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
