About the Role:
Seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support the migration from MLO (COTS application by System Automation) to
Evoke , a low-code SaaS platform with advanced workflow capabilities. This position requires documenting current and future state processes, assisting in requirements gathering, and supporting Procurement in translating requirements into a Statement of Work (SOW).
Qualifications:
Required:
4+ years of experience with
COTS applications .
2+ years of experience with
SaaS applications and platforms .
4+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements documentation, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
8+ years defining/documenting user requirements and business processes, and conducting project meetings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly Desired:
2+ years experience migrating COTS applications to
low-code SaaS platforms .
Knowledge of VITA Procurement processes or similar.
Familiarity with VITA governance of agencies like DHP.
Understanding of professional licensure systems (e.g., medical licenses).
