Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Commerce Data Analyst to support digital product data and imagery across ecommerce channels. This person will serve as a key owner of catalog accuracy and readiness, helping ensure product information is complete, consistent, and aligned with business and partner requirements. This is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain digital product data and imagery across ecommerce channels
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with business and partner requirements
Serve as a subject matter resource for product data workflows, issue resolution, and process questions
Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data, clarify discrepancies, and support workflow execution
Investigate and resolve product data and imagery issues through testing, troubleshooting, and follow-up
Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using Excel and other internal tools
Maintain and improve processes that support data integrity, consistency, and scalability
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support smooth digital activation and business operations
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant business, analyst, ecommerce, or operations experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting ecommerce, digital merchandising, product data, or catalog operations
Exposure to SharePoint and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience with product information, digital asset management, or content workflows
Background in retail, consumer, or digital commerce environments
Comfortable stepping into a contract role with minimal onboarding
