This role will be working on documenting requirements for the migration from Salesforce to Dynamics. Focused on gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand what existing processes they have in place, documenting user stories, etc.
Requirements:
8+ years Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
5+ years hands-on experience creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
3+ years supporting telecommunications industry
2+ years of Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration experience
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across current and future state processes
Facilitate discussions to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
Develop future state documentation, including process improvements and system enhancements
Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and user stories (e.g., order management workflows from portal systems)
Support the migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into system requirements
