Epic Template Builder
for a contract assignment in the Tacoma, WA area.

Project-based (Epic conversion support)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of Epic template or content build experience
Minimum
5 years working in an Epic environment (super user or similar role)
Experience supporting
Epic implementations or system conversions preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Responsibilities
Design and build scheduling templates in Epic for clinical and support staff
Work with internal teams to identify template needs and timelines
Update and adjust templates based on staffing and operational changes
Perform manual data entry and migration tasks within Epic
Support staff with best practices and guidance on Epic scheduling workflows
Collaborate with IT and project teams throughout the system transition
