Overview
Join our team as a Project Controller!
This is a hybrid role based out of our Minneapolis office in Edina, MN. The position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Earned Value Reports and all related cost control tools.
Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of proposal and project schedules, as requested.
Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested.
Assist Project Managers with the coordination and execution of Document Controls on a project.
Assist Project Managers with the coordination and tracking of Purchased Items on a project.
As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with the training and development of others with regards to job cost, planning, scheduling and other project related activities.
As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with departmental and organizational Process Improvements; including our Project Operating Processes and Vision Lifecycle Guide.
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in Project Controls or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred.
Thorough working knowledge of current Windows environment, primarily Project, Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner.
Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera software (including planning and developing schedules).
Experience in the development and use of cost control tools including EV reporting.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.
Must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
May perform industrial field work which could include exposure to hazardous locations, inclement weather, moving mechanical parts, noise, ladders, uneven ground, and stairs.
May perform industrial field work which could include exposure to a wide range of known food allergens.

Salary
Base range:
$65,000
to
$98,000
annually. Overtime pay is available for salaried positions.
