Warm Hearth Village is a non‑profit community dedicated to fostering a person‑centered approach to aging. It seeks a dedicated Full Time Dining Services Supervisor for the Showalter Center.
FREE MEALS EVERY SHIFT YOU WORK!
We’re looking for people with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a team.
We provide company‑paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA, along with uniforms and work shoes.
This position can be a stepping stone to further career opportunities throughout Warm Hearth Village and the wider healthcare field.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or GED
At least 3 years of dining/restaurant experience
Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Knowledge of Department of Health regulations
Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift
Shifts & Benefits
8:00am to 4:30pm
We have a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental and vision.
FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
PT employees earn two weeks of PTO and have access to 3 days upon hire.
Access to our state‑of‑the‑art fitness center and saltwater pool.
Responsibilities
Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
Assure dining room is cleaned and stocked
Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines
Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
Assist in meal preparation
Attend in-service trainings and department meetings
Compensation
Based on experience.
