Front End Team Associate

Responsibilities

Operate registers and/or support self-checkout
Assist customers with transactions, returns, and basic questions (as assigned)
Maintain lane readiness: bags, receipt paper, cleanliness, and organization
Follow cash handling and loss prevention practices
Provide fast, friendly service and elevate issues when needed
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfort standing for extended periods
Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays as needed
