Job Description
LPNs will provide consistent high-quality care in a nursing home setting, by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care.
Duties Include
Provide support to STNAs with resident care and charting.
Perform routine nursing care measures, including vital signs, weight and food intake monitoring, and behavior monitoring when appropriate.
Administer medications and treatments and perform appropriate diagnostic tests as ordered.
Informed and knowledgeable of each resident's care needs and ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
LPN by the State of Ohio
Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
Schedule
Part-time
Rate of pay based on experience.
2nd shift
Every other Holiday
