Our District serves over 2100 students in Preschool through 12th grade and employs more than 300 staff members (185 certified). We offer competitive salaries and benefits. Located off of I-71, we are within easy reach of Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
The District provides a rich professional development program with ongoing support for our staff. Teachers are trained in Trauma Informed Care, Restorative Practices, and Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS). Teachers have additional supports through Instructional, Math, Behavior, and Literacy Coaches. The Wilmington City School district encourages all staff and students to support a diverse and inclusive environment in which to work, teach, and learn.
