We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Opioid Treatment Program Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Therapist on the team, you will provide specialized counseling, assessment, and care coordination for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) within a clinic setting. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting individual/group therapy, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with medical staff to support recovery.

Competitive salary: $50,000 – 56,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $57,000+ for this full‑time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
Have master’s degree in a related field
Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline—either LPC, LCSW or LCAS
Have documented experience with the population to be served
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
