What We Need in this Role:
Full Cycle Recruitment
Creating on-brand job ads that maximize applicants
Resume search, interview process including scheduling and conducting
Create and send offer letter tailored to the position and individual to increase acceptance rates
Analyze effectiveness of ads and platforms
Social Media Recruitment Marketing
Content creation for social media posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Social Media engagement with prospective and interested candidates on various platforms and groups
Analyze effectiveness campaigns to tailor ads to target market
Partner with directors and supervisors, developing strong internal relationships to know their departments and better understand their talent needs, now and for the future
Manage the hiring process ensuring excellent candidate experience and administration satisfaction
Knowledge and ability to collect relevant data on recruitment trends and the confidence to adjust your approach as needed
Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to analysis talent data to improve retention and reduce turnover
Assigned tasks based on business needs
Requirements
What You Bring to this Role:
2+ years of relevant experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment marketing role
Experience in behavioral health and/or ABA recruitment
A strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement
A passion for sourcing talent and knowing just the places to go for passive talent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on employer brand, tact, and diplomacy
Proven ability to source a pipeline of qualified top talented candidates for multiple positions
Strong time management skills, and ability to set your own and adhere to deadlines
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
