Job Type:
Full-time (Mon–Fri; 40 hours per week);
early days
on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and
late days
on Tuesday and Thursday; flexibility for early morning start times, with required evening availability.

Responsibilities
Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
MUST have experience with the evaluation and treatment of common orthopedic diagnoses and post‑operative rehabilitation, including total hip replacement (THR), total knee replacement (TKR), and rotator cuff repair, gained through clinical affiliations and/or licensed clinical experience.
Compensation:
$85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
