**Shift:** 1st Shift* Investigate, plan, manage, and implement projects assigned by Site Manager and/or GM Site Team* Supervise subcontractors performing project work* Communicate regularly with building occupants regarding project status and follow up to ensure satisfactory and timely completion* Ensure government regulatory compliance including EPA/OSHA requirements, safety programs, CFC handling, and paint shop environmental regulations* Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and GM audit standards* Maintain document control and record retention* College degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with technical emphasis* Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a supervisory role* Strong interpersonal and management skills* Strong knowledge of building systems* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software* Experience working in a unionized environment* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment and components* Paint shop operations or automotive/industrial coating process experience* Knowledge of paint application equipment (spray guns, booths, ovens, powder coating systems)* Understanding of paint shop environmental regulations and VOC compliance* Experience with paint shop quality control and troubleshooting coating defects* Familiarity with paint materials handling and hazardous waste managementAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
