Requirements for Weekend Baylor Nurse:
Active RN or LPN Licensure in Massachusetts.
Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing, preferred.
Job Duties for Weekend Baylor Nurse:
Maintain safety of residents.
Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
