
Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Direct Hire Production Supervisor in the Newington, NH area for a day shift, full-time leadership role offering competitive pay, annual bonus, and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations; set expectations and monitor performance.
Provide hands‑on support on the production floor and ensure product quality and process compliance.
Coach, train, and develop production employees.
Resolve personnel issues and support a positive team environment.
Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate to improve product flow.
Demonstrate equipment operation and enforce safety procedures.
Ensure schedule adherence while maintaining high quality standards.
Use labor standards to identify efficiency opportunities.
Support continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational excellence initiatives.
Oversee cross‑training, job rotation, and workforce planning.
Conduct performance reviews and recognize strong performance.
Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and promote a safe work culture.
Desired Background / Skills
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Ability to lead change using lean manufacturing techniques.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; able to train others.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
