The Behavioral Health Center seeks a full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist. Position Summary

Excellent position for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist.
Conducts biopsychosocial assessment identifying client’s strengths and needs.
Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (Trauma Informed, CBT, Psychodynamic) to achieve goals via individual, couple, family, and group treatment.
Provides services in person and through telehealth; offers hybrid work arrangements.
Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines and community resources.
Consistently meets service level expectations and ensures highest quality of care.
Documents client treatment and services via Electronic Health Record system.
Maintains the privacy of protected health information.
Duties / Responsibilities

Collects biological, psychological, and social data; evaluates and develops a biopsychosocial assessment.
Contracts with client, significant other, or family member to address issues and improve client’s situation.
Employs therapeutic interventions to achieve mutually agreed goals through various modalities.
Identifies environmental resources, advocates, and assists the client in securing benefits and entitlements.
Performs case management activities, coordinating services and programming to meet treatment goals.
Outreach and case finding to community resources, agencies, and groups.
Performs administrative duties, maintaining statistical records, writing reports, and chart documentation.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Maintains confidentiality of patient, client, or protected member health information.

Experience

Required
Previous clinical experience in an OMH clinic, hospital private practice, or similar setting.
Eligible for credentialing to bill Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances.
