Dental Assistant (with RDA)

Overview
Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. This role offers a dynamic split schedule, working 3 days per week in our Pine Bluff office and 2 days per week in our North Little Rock location.

2 days/week – North Little Rock location
Schedule (days/hours)
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support office flow to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
Qualifications
Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation
$20.00 - $22.00/hr
