Job Summary
We are seeking a Research Technician in Northborough, MA to support R&D assignments. Candidate should have 1‑5 years lab or manufacturing experience, specializing in materials processing, mixing, and molding.

Location and Compensation
Location: Northborough, Massachusetts

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.98 - 30.00 per hour

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Education: High School

Responsibilities

Execute specialized R&D assignments safely to test, analyse, and improve processes, equipment, and products for the client.

Collaborate with engineers and scientists to prepare and process material samples, utilising both routine lab activities and exploratory experiment designs.

Operate laboratory and pilot‑scale equipment, such as mixers and presses, while assisting with basic process troubleshooting and equipment setup.

Ensure accurate data acquisition and meticulous documentation using tools like thermocouples, electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and Excel.
