Responsibilities

Assess client finance operations and processes to identify transformation opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.

Strong interest in modernizing finance functions through digital tools, process redesign, and strategic enablement.

Familiarity with finance technologies such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), automation platforms (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath), and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support decision‑making.

Ability to analyze and improve financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed.

Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective project and time‑management skills for handling multiple priorities.

Positive mindset for managing multiple tasks, deliverables, and learning new concepts.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with advanced Excel functions is a plus.

Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.

Open mindset and eagerness to learn new skills, especially in digital finance and transformation methodologies.

Benefits for internship positions: interns are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program. Interns also receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid sick leave, and are paid for firm holidays that fall within their internship period.

Benefits for seasonal employee positions: seasonal employees are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program. Seasonal employees may also be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(k) savings plan and employee retirement plan in accordance with applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements. Seasonal employees receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid sick leave.

The pay rate for this position in the firm’s Manhattan office is $40 per hour.
