General Production Associate
Pay Range: Starting at $18.21
Shift: Multiple shifts available: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm), 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am)
Responsibilities
Assemble Lunchables products by providing supplies and placing package components into tray compartments
Inspect finished packages for quality defects and grading rejects based on quality standards
Place finished packages into cartons and palletize for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing re-work and trash regularly
Monitor packaging equipment such as tray sealers and cartoners for proper operation and quality assurance
Requirements
Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check
Ability to acquire steel toe work shoes
Comfort working in colder environments and ability to supply warm clothing
Flexibility to work mandated overtime, including weekends as needed
High school diploma or GED
