Position Overview

Responsible for administering employee leave programs while serving as a subjectmatter resource on leave policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Provides guidance to employees, leaders, and external partners, ensuring accurate leave processing, compliance, and smooth operational support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Acts as a primary resource for leave administration, including LOA, FMLA, and disability-related programs.
Provides clear, accurate guidance to employees and leaders regarding leave eligibility, timelines, and returntowork expectations.
Partners with internal teams and thirdparty vendors to coordinate claims, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with established policies.
Reviews leave cases, monitors employee status, and supports timely and appropriate returntowork outcomes.
Identifies discrepancies or trends in leave data and works with vendors and leadership to address concerns or process gaps.
Assists with internal training, documentation, and communications related to leave programs and procedural updates.
Maintains accurate records and reporting to support operational needs and business decisionmaking.
Supports broader organizational goals by providing consultative input on leaverelated impacts to workforce planning and operations.
Ensures sensitive information is handled with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of two years' experience in leave administration, employee relations, benefits, or vendor management.
Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage casebased processes.
Strong working knowledge of employmentrelated leave laws and compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (spreadsheets, basic analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, data management, and documentation skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all employee levels.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and attention to detail.
Adaptable to evolving technology, systems, and processes.
Collaborative, professional, and serviceoriented approach to stakeholder support.
Working knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft or comparable platforms.
