Title: it's a Database or software Engineer but for someone who's worked on any Dept of Public Safety license to carry system (so can be with other states not just state of TX).
If you get someone who has less than 8 years of that still send it. I think it will be hard to find 8 years at DPS. So 8 years of overall software or database engineering with some prior experience working for any state
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX but you can send from out of state as long as they are willing to relocate
Any visa is fine (h1, h4 ead, USC, GC/GC EAD etc). I dont think an OPT will have the right amount of years since they won't have that many years of US
Need prior experience working for Dept of Public Safety license to Carry system is required but its a Database Engineering role (license to carry is handgun license)
requires the services of a software engineer, Level 3, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of software engineer, Level 3, and the specifications outlined in this document for DPS
