Position Overview : In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables, review, and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Your role will involve contributing to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consulting with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Software Engineering will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues.
Consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables, leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Minimum 5 years in RSA Archer Configuration and related technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data feed scheduling, batch processing, scripting, SQL Development, and Autosys.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed and clear technical documentation.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Currently focusing on stabilizing the environment, not a lot of new development at this moment.
Proficiency in RSA Archer and database development, including writing advanced queries.
Preferred candidates with Enterprise experience, an understanding of controls and procedures from a company of similar scope.
Financial services experience is not necessary.
The team consists of about 6-8 individuals.
Strong soft skills are important, including communication skills for interacting with clients and in group settings.
