ERP Project Manager - D365 Implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the ERP implementation project through go-live and stabilization, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the external integration partner to ensure all phases are aligned and delivered on time.
Oversee and actively participate in data migration efforts-ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
Drive the development and refinement of business processes, workflows, user roles, and system functionality within D365.
Manage change across people, processes, and technology, ensuring user adoption and operational readiness.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports; communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure training plans and user support structures are in place for a smooth transition at go-live.
Serve as the point of contact between the business, IT, and the implementation partner.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading D365 ERP implementations (at least one full lifecycle implementation required).
Strong knowledge of data migration planning and execution in the context of ERP systems.
Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow design, and user role configuration within D365.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
