Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As an Azure Systems Engineerat West Shore Home, you will evaluate, implement, and maintain our cloud management platforms and communication platforms, ensuring any issues or security concerns are acted upon proactively.

Key Role Accountabilities:
Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Azure infrastructure solutions.
Lead the automation of infrastructure using tools like Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
Optimize cost, performance, and reliability across cloud-hosted environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Strong experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, and identity services.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, CLI) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows in Azure.
Monitoring and alerting with tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.
Minimum Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company

does not and will not

sponsor employment visas.
Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in Microsoft Azure platforms and cloud-based backup systems with an understanding and demonstrated implement enhancements to existing application workloads to support migrations to Azure platform, deep understanding of Azure security best practices and governance policies, and services utilizing best practices.
Ability to mentor and coach junior resources, providing guidance and support to help them develop their technical skills and grow in their roles.
Good understanding of GRC controls and methods to satisfy regulatory compliance.
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent) preferred.

Compensation:

The approximate salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
