Project Overview:
The Cleint is seeking a .NET Developer to support efforts to provide transit agency grantees access to Power BI reports generated from the Ecolane data warehouse. The developer will help explore and implement secure access to these reports via a new or existing system, ensuring agencies can only access data generated by their respective organizations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project's Technical Lead and Application Architect.
Design, implement, test, and document system features and enhancements.
Build secure and scalable services and interfaces to support agency-specific data access.
Ensure accessibility compliance and mobile responsiveness in all development.
Maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
Required Skills (8+ Years):
.NET Core and C#
ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Core (web apps)
SQL Server / T-SQL; recent experience with Azure SQL
RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
Testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit); Prefer: Jasmine and Karma
ORM (Entity Framework, Dapper)
Containerization (Prefer: Docker)
Cloud services using .NET:
Azure Functions, Azure Queues, Azure Storage, Azure Container Registry, Key Vault
Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Prefer: jQuery, Bootstrap
Angular (v14 or greater)
Development tools:
Visual Studio (2022), VS Code
Azure DevOps, Git
Accessibility & Design Experience:
Mobile-first and responsive design
Digital accessibility compliance (Section 508, ADA, WCAG 2.1 AA)
Knowledge of WAI-ARIA guidelines
Platform-specific accessibility optimizations (HTML, iOS, Android)
Experience incorporating accessibility into the development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications (2+ Years):

Accessibility testing integration into CI/CD
Defining accessibility compliance as part of "definition of done"
Work Schedule:

End: 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. EST
Exclusions:
State holidays and 80 hours of unpaid leave per state fiscal year
