Role: Saviynt IAM Consultant
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Saviynt IAM Consultant with experience integrating Saviynt with SAP solutions (HANA, BTP, IAS, HCM), EPIC, Active Directory and API based applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and strategic insight into identity management, focusing on enhancing security, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements
Design, implement, and optimize Saviynt IAM solution to manage user identities, access controls, and compliance effectively.
Conduct assessments of current IAM processes, providing gaps and recommendations for enhancements to strengthen security and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Saviynt IAM solution.
Provide strategic guidance on best practices for identity and access management implementation and governance using Saviynt IAM solution.
Integrate Saviynt with SAP, EPIC, and other enterprise systems to streamline user access management and role management.
Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
Interact/coordinate with customers as required
Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation
Ensures delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget
Skills and Qualifications:
Saviynt L100/L200 certified
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Saviynt IAM deployment
Provide strategic guidance on best practices for identity and access management implementation and governance using Saviynt IAM solution.
Familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts, etc.).
Experience in Java, API's (REST and SOAP, .Net, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, Linux, Windows Server, Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
Proven experience in managing identity and access management projects and delivering successful implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to identity and access management challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
