Project:

CUNY Workday Deployment of HR and Finance Modules - This part of the project aims to enhance Workday's security and compliance by analyzing and migrating existing roles, implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training. It also focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, collaborating with development teams, monitoring for suspicious activities, and staying updated on security trends

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS to be performed by the Consultant:
Conduct security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
Map and migrate security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
Implement security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide training and documentation on Workday security policies.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Note:

Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

Must have 7+ years of Security Analyst experience
7 years of experience conducting security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
7 years of experience mapping and migrating security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
7 years of experience implementing security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST)
7 years of experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
7 years of experience providing training and documentation on Workday security policies.
7 years of experience analyzing security issues and developing innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
7 years of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive security practices.
Must have

Workday Pro Security Certification
