Certified Sterile Processing Tech

Working Hours: M-F 3pm-10:30pm, or there may an opportunity for 12pm-7:30pm
The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for task-based Sterile Processing activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for activities including, but not limited to decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation
Responsible for various software applications, assembly, and delivery of surgical and interventional procedure case carts, paring and replenishment of materials
Works in collaboration with surgical partners to provide accurate and complete surgical instrumentation and needed supplies.
The incumbent of this position will contribute to a positive patient experience by anticipating needs, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering confidence in the care provided.
Performs related duties as required
Qualifications
Required:
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Licensure/Certification:
BLS required.
IAHCSMM or CBSPD Certified.
Preferred:
Experience: Preferred: 1 year in sterile processing.
