Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Lead Archer Developer
to join our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team. This role requires in-depth expertise in RSA Archer platform development, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive Archer solutions from design through implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, GRC analysts, and technology teams to build, enhance, and maintain Archer use cases to support risk management and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Archer solutions including core and on-demand applications.
Serve as the primary technical expert and point of contact for RSA Archer-related initiatives.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Archer solutions.
Architect new use cases and modules within the Archer platform using Data-Driven Events (DDEs), Advanced Workflow (AWF), and calculated fields.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Archer developers.
Collaborate with security, compliance, audit, and risk teams to enhance GRC workflows.
Oversee Archer platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Ensure data integrity, security, and governance within Archer applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Interface with third-party vendors or consultants as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6+ years of RSA Archer development experience.
2+ years in a lead or senior role, managing Archer implementations or teams.
Expertise in Archer platform architecture, use case design, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with:
Data feeds
Access control and user/group management
REST/SOAP APIs for integration
Workflow automation and DDEs
Strong understanding of GRC processes such as risk management, issue tracking, third-party governance, and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Specialist.
Experience with Archer reporting (iViews, dashboards, and custom reports).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL).
Prior experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
