EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security & Governance team is one of the primary functional teams under the enterprise-supporting Identity and Access Management organization within Enterprise Technology. This team is accountable and essential for the security and governance of the core identity services across the IAM organization, including Authentication, Authorization, Identity, Access, Directory Services, Identity Threat Detection & Response, Secrets Management & Privileged Access Management (PAM). Specifically, the Security & Governance team's mission is to define, deliver, enforce and administer policies, standards, controls, platforms, and security practices for workforce identities across the company and to reduce security risk and enable IAM service effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead for all IAM Metrics by successfully orchestrating and defining a collection of IAM metrics including, but not limited to: IAM organization OKRs, IAM security risk metrics, IAM operational metrics, IAM service delivery and adoption metrics, etc. For all non-security risk metrics, partner with teams in the IAM organization in building effective measures for their functional areas (e.g., operations, engineering, etc.) and incorporate into broader IAM org metric reporting.
- Own the build, maintenance, and communication of a metrics roadmap to illustrate advancement and maturity of IAM metrics, and partner with each of the IAM Service areas on potential remediation/advancements to improve metrics.
- Collaborate with the IAM Service Leads and contribute to the roadmap for growing the IAM organization's visibility to identity data company wide. Influence demand and prioritization processes by defining priority for data pipelines based on risk visibility.
- For each data pipeline, partner with the IAM Engineering organization to ensure sufficient, complete, and accurate visibility of data for risk metrics.
- Where required, perform routine manual data analyses and illustration of metrics until automation opportunities are in place (i.e., leverage alternative means of risk reporting until longer term automated solutions, such as the Security Scorecard, are in place.)
- Serve as metrics/data SME for IAM Security & Governance team and IAM Service Leads, when needed. Serve as an identity data SME resource to data engineers throughout the IAM org.
- Design, build, and own the executive and stakeholder reporting of IAM metrics. Provide support, when needed, in discussions with stakeholders on metric results.
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure integrity of data supporting IAM metrics.
- Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

- Experience with various programming languages and/or data orchestration tools
