Operationalize Microsoft Defender for Cloud:
Implement and configure Microsoft Defender for Cloud across multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Integrate Defender for Cloud with existing security tools and processes including Sentinel.
Develop and maintain security policies, controls, and compliance frameworks within Defender for Cloud.
Maintain and Optimize Defender for Cloud:
Continuously monitor and manage Defender for Cloud's performance and effectiveness.
Perform regular security assessments and ensure that all cloud resources comply with security standards.
Mature CSPM Practices:
Identify and implement best practices to enhance cloud security posture.
Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud security measures.
Develop and deliver training and documentation to internal teams on Defender for Cloud usage and best practices.
Security & Compliance Management:
Conduct regular audits to ensure cloud environments are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Work closely with compliance teams to align Defender for Cloud's capabilities with compliance needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest cloud security trends, threats, and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing cloud security strategies and technologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the security posture of cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud security initiatives.
