The Bellevue Club Membership Services Department is looking for a part‑time Membership Services Coordinator to join the team. The Membership Services Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service to members, potential members, and guests as it relates to membership information while also carrying out various administrative duties to support the department.

Hours: Part‑Time, Fridays, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

As a Membership Services Coordinator you will:

Conduct perspective member tours. Responsible for up‑to‑date knowledge of club‑wide programs and services.

Assist in onboarding new members to the Bellevue Club.

Provide customer assistance; direct and provide information to members and guests and facilitate the resolution of member complaints and queries.

Prepare prospective member packets and ensure that all forms and membership information hand outs are stocked at all times.

Maintain membership database as it relates to membership services.

Responsible for providing information on the various membership types and explaining the policies and procedures outlined in the bylaws. Must be able to filter special requests to the Membership Director.

Attend sponsorship events and sales events at the request of the Membership Director.

Maintain knowledge of the Bellevue Club, its purpose, operating and service philosophy and awareness of programs and activities in all areas.

Be knowledgeable of Bellevue Club policies, rules and regulations and enrollment processes. Understand how to read membership accounts and provide basic information on member accounts.

Perform similar, job‑related duties and special departmental projects as assigned.
